Central West Community Options Program (CWCOP)
CWCOP aim to assist the frail, aged, younger disabled, their carer’s and special needs groups, who need basic services to live in the community. Our services aide those to reside in their own homes in an attempt to prevent premature admission into nursing homes or other long term residential care.
CWCOP provides Home and Community Care (HACC) Program, Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) and Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) funded from the Department of Health and Ageing.
Services include domestic assistance, personal care, home maintenance, social support, equipment, centre based day care, and meals on wheels/ in-house food preparation.
Central West Community Options Program service the townships of Winton, Isisford and Muttaburra, as well as remote clients in the Barcaldine Regional Shire, Blackall Tambo Regional Council and Longreach Regional Council.
